Olufunmilayo Bethy IDOWU is a passionate, God-driven, and Certified Professional Counsellor for about a Decade before relocating and still in the Counselling world.

Bethy loves God and loves helping people. The burden and love for successful marriage and relationships, Healthy family life and Mental Wellness birthed the pursuit for Professionalism.

She is an Associate member of African Network of Professional Counsellor functioning in the Marriage/Family and Mental Health sector.

Dr Gold is an experienced mental health therapist, educator, and author with a deep passion for supporting emotional wellness and personal transformation across all age groups. She is the Lead Counselor at Blissmind Therapy and Consults, an organization dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic services to individuals, families, and communities.

Dr Gold studied Psychology at Irfordel University, Togolese Republic, where she developed a strong foundation in mental health, human behavior, and counseling techniques. Her academic background, combined with decades of hands-on practice, has equipped her to work effectively with clients dealing with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, Oso has taught children and adults in academic and therapeutic settings. Her approach to teaching and therapy is holistic, practical, and deeply empathetic—recognizing that healing and growth happen when clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Oso is a dedicated teen mentor and coach, offering guidance, life skills, and emotional support to adolescents. Her work with teens is focused on mentoring them through the complexities of adolescence, building self-esteem, and helping them make wise, values-based decisions as they transition into adulthood.

She is also the founder of De Amazing Woman Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women and girls through education, mental health awareness, capacity building, and community support. Through this platform, Oso has led numerous initiatives aimed at improving the well-being and social standing of vulnerable women and young girls.
